For compatible e-bike, e-scooter, drone and power-tool batteries, as well as defined battery-powered devices used at home, in workshops, retail locations or decentralized collection points.
From 1 October 2026, Austrian battery retailers face additional take-back and information duties. LOKI-FlexProtect can support safer temporary storage during intake, but it does not replace legal review or a required take-back organisation.
