Flexibility
LOKI-Pack is engineered for the safe transport of all types and conditions of cells, batteries, and modules. It can be configured for:
- UN-certified (P 903, SP 188)
- UN-certified IATA (P 965 – P 970)
- Waste for disposal or recycling (P 909, SP 377)
- Pre-production prototypes (P 910, SP 310)
- Damaged and defective (P908, SP 376)
- Critically damaged and defective (P 911, SP 376)
Compliance
With LOKI-Pack labelling plates you will be able to display the required dangerous goods decals on permanently visible spots. The interchangeable concept can be easily adapted to every shipping content and circumstance. During return shipments, just turn around the plate. This enables compliance with:
- ADR for road transport
- RID for rail transport
- IMDG/ADN for ship transport
- IATA for air transport

What’s in the Box? – Your choice
LOKI-Pack inlays are available in four categories:
- Individual inlays – for new, certified cells, batteries and modules, which can be designed on request according to your requirements.
- Standard inlays – for new, certified cells, batteries and modules. With a modular plug-in system with straps that coveres a widespread range of different sizes.
- Universal inlays – for waste, prototype, damaged and defective cells, batteries and modules. With a modular plug-in system with straps, bags and cushions.
- Safety inlays – for critically damaged and defective cells, batteries and modules. System with strong insulation, bags and cushions.
Cushions and bags are made with non-flammeable materials according to EN-13501-1 class A (former DIN 4102) and can be added in order to fulfill the required use-cases. Cushions come with absorbent or cooling materials. For more information on Bags visit:
